TOUR PROGRAM:

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and drive to Red (Rose) Valleys which is one of the most beautiful trekking valley in Cappadocia. Explore the famous rock-cut churches and hike through the valley. The next, visit Cavusin Village, one of the oldest settlements in the area. Christian missionaries and communities once lived in the old Cavusin Valley, now in ruins due to rockslides and erosion. Lunch in a local Restaurant. After lunch, visit Ortahisar Castle which similar to Uchisar Castle style, then visit Kaymakli Underground City where early christians lived in fear and faith. On the way back taste some Cappadocia wines in a local wine factory.

RED & ROSE VALLEY

One of the most beautiful trekking valley for hiking in Cappadocia and its famous with its rock-cut churches. The valley gets its name from the white coloured rocks that change in pinkish and intensity according to time of the day, season and the weather.

CAVUSIN VILLAGE

Cavusin was founded around 400 AD, but abandoned in the 1950s, due to rockslides and erosion. 

KAYMAKLI UNDERGROUND CITY

There are 36 underground cities in Cappadocia and the widest one is Kaymakli underground city, where early christians lived in fear and faith.

ORTAHISAR CASTLE

Ortahisar means "middle castle," and as its name implies, it is central among the Cappadocian towns of Goreme. This 90 m high natural fortress, a prominent landmark in the region.
